Breathe In Through Your Nose

And out through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose, and breathe out through your mouth.

Breathe deeply. Breathe into your abdomen, so your stomach expands. Take long breaths.

Apparently, this is not all common knowledge.

Exercise, and eat healthy.

Consult your doctor, and this is NOT medical advice.

Meandering Tuesday Post

There are still homeless in Portland. Whose fault is it? Anyones? No ones? Hospitals are still being utilized. Will that ever change? Is that a bad thing? There are still lots of obese humans in the area. Obesity is considered a disease/medical condition, is it not? So it is like seeing lots of disease around, a bit, perhaps. It still rains lots. Summer is going to be here soon before we know it…

That is all for today. :)

Nice Weather

Perhaps soon we’ll have some more nice weather. Maybe soon it will reach 70 degree. I wouldn’t mind that. Let’s all get a healthy tan.

Let’s have the rivers be cleaner. Let’s have less litter on the streets and in the parks. There should be less litter _EVERYWHERE_. Any litter is too much litter.

Let’s devote more funds to education and research. And let’s become more business friendly. Yes. Yes. Yes. :) That’s all for today. Have a nice day.
